Dear Members,
Looking to plan a trip with your partner? Need some
advice on the best places to go for a romantic vacation?
Here are some romantic locations to consider when planning
your vacation. There is something for everyone whether
you are the adventurer type or just looking to relax
and unwind.
Best Vacation Destinations for Couples
Paris, France.
Paris is not called the “city of love” for
nothing! Paris is romantic because it has an old world
charm with extravagant castles and churches that bring
to mind a time of knights, ladies, chivalry and courts.
There is something about castles that makes a lady want
to be in love. The food and wine in Paris is incredible
and the city is small enough to explore by foot with
quaint neighborhoods to wander through. There are outdoor
cafes and delightful desserts that will put anyone in
the mood for passion.
Hawaii
Hawaii is one of the top honeymoon spots
in the world and is a great place for lovers. It is
famous for its beautiful beaches, quiet restaurants
and incredible sunsets. Take a surfing lesson, have
an outdoor picnic or go swimming with the dolphins.
When you go to Hawaii you can relax and enjoy each others
company without any other distractions.
Cape Cod, Massachusetts
Cape Cod is a beach favorite for many
people all over the country. The area has a multitude
of quiet and charming Victorian bed and breakfasts and
there is nothing superficial or tacky about it. Cape
Cod is beautiful in the spring, summer or fall. There
is a nice “New England” feel to the area
and lots of good restaurants. It is a nature lovers
haven and there are lots of walking and bike paths.
It is a wonderful place to slow down the pace and escape
the daily grind.
Grand Canyon, Arizona
Arizona has one of the most stunning
visual landscapes in all of the United States. Explore
one of the seven wonders of the world with a loved one.
You can hike down into the Grand Canyon, ride a helicopter
or travel down the Colorado River by boat. No matter
which way you look at it, it is truly breathtaking.
There are many quaint towns to stay in when you visit
Arizona including Sedona and Flagstaff. Be sure to rent
a car and take a drive into the heart of the desert.
There are many cool small towns and “ghost towns”
to visit along the way to feel like at true adventurer!
Italy
Italy is another fantastic place for romance. Take a
gondola ride in Venice, visit the castles and farmhouses
of Tuscany, experience some of the worlds finest art
in Florence or explore ancient history in Rome. Italy
is roughly the size of California so it is easy to take
a train to different parts of the country. This is another
place with incredible food and wine and the perfect
place to share a romantic trip of a lifetime with your
partner.
