Welcome! You successfully logged into your account. Now, you may not be sure how this whole process works but this information should be helpful for all matchmaking communities.

Your homebase is going to be Home located at the top of the toolbar.

TOOLBAR

Home – This is the page you will see upon signing into your account.
Search – This link will take you to a more elaborate page to search for potential matches. You have the option to perform a basic or advanced search. Advanced search is extremely helpful if your matchee is looking for a specific criteria that they feel is an absolute must.
Example: religion, education, nationality etc. If this criteria is an absolute must please be sure to click the must have box for each section. If you wish, you can save and name a particular search.
Mailbox – If you receive an email from a matchmaker it would appear here. If you send a message to a matchmaker it will only display in the mailbox once the matchmaker responds.
My Favorites – If you find a couple of profiles that catch your eye you can click Add to Favorites which will be saved in this folder.
Member Services – Your personal information,change password, account set up, and billing information can be found here.
Message Board – Feel free to join in on conversations started by other matchmakers or create a topic of conversation yourself.

SAVED SEARCHES

If you decide to use the advanced search option you can save that
particular search for future use. Remember the more must have criterias selected will effect the number of results listed.

3.	BASIC SEARCH You can use this feature to do a quick search to view profiles.
4.	MOST RECENT FAVORITE – View All This gives you a quick snapshot of one of the potential matches that you saved in your favorites folder. If you do not have anyone in your favorites folder this section will be blank. You can either click My Favorites on the top of the toolbar or click View All within this section to see all the profiles that you personally added.
5.	HELPFUL TIPS Random links that have proven to be helpful.
6.	MAILBOX If you have new mail the envelope icon will blink until you view your messages.
7.	LOGOUT & SELECTED PROFILE The top right hand corner is where you can logout. It also states the name of your matchee. As you can see in the image above a matchmaker can create multiple profiles for different people.
